My old friend ordered it from Parks Seed, but they do not have it anymore. The variety is called “Atoll”. It’s a leafy type but heading beautifully. It’s so crispy and sweet.
When the flowers are spent, you may want to cover them with a cheesecloth so the birds would not be able to nibble on them.
